教育目標與核心能力 Objective & Core Competencies

本所教育目標,依教育宗旨並加強「德、智、體、群、美」五育並重之人格教育以及「四維八德」之企業精神。四維八德之涵義「禮-以禮相待,降低摩擦,提高 管理效果」、「義-以義互助合作,提高工作成果」、「廉-以廉工作守時、守信,提高工作績效」、「恥-羞恥與榮譽在於『心』,以『關心』提高服務績效,以 『匠心』提高品質國際市場競爭力之榮譽」;「忠孝-對公司盡忠職守,提高團隊合作」、「仁愛-對部屬仁慈愛護提高王道管理效果」、「信義-以企業道德、產 業道德,提高公司信譽」、「和平-以『和平文化』經營理念,獲得世界各國異文化、異民族之支持,提高全球經營成果」。

 Our educational objectives are based on our educational philosophy, emphasizing the development of character education with a focus on "virtue, intelligence, physical fitness, group harmony, and aesthetics," as well as the corporate spirit of "Four Dimensions and Eight Virtues." The meaning of the Four Dimensions and Eight Virtues includes:

  1. Propriety (禮): Treating others with courtesy to reduce friction and improve management effectiveness.
  2. Righteousness (義): Mutual assistance and cooperation with a sense of justice to enhance work outcomes.
  3. Integrity (廉): Working with integrity, punctuality, and trustworthiness to enhance work performance.
  4. Shame (恥): The sense of shame and honor lies in the "heart," using "care" to improve service performance and "ingenuity" to enhance the honor of quality in the international market competition.
  5. Loyalty and Filial Piety (忠孝): Being loyal to the company and fulfilling one's duties to enhance teamwork.
  6. Benevolence and Love (仁愛): Being kind and caring towards subordinates to improve the effectiveness of righteous management.
  7. Honesty and Righteousness (信義): Upholding corporate ethics and industry ethics to enhance the company's reputation.
  8. Peace (和平): Operating under the philosophy of "peace culture," gaining support from different cultures and ethnicities worldwide to improve global operational outcomes.

    以國際企業管理、國際人力資源管理、 國際行銷管理以及國際財務管理等學術領域之研究,加強SSCI論文分析與研撰課程,提升獨立思考、研究能力、啟發學習者具備應用以及解決問題之能力,且具 備領導者深思熟慮的能力,為國家社會培育具有「國際視野」、「國際經營管理能力」、「國際學者研究能力」以及「國際素養」之特色的「國際企業卓越管理人 才」以及專業學術所需之「國際優秀學者、大學教師」。

Through research in academic fields such as international business management, international human resource management, international marketing management, and international financial management, we aim to strengthen the analysis and writing skills of SSCI papers. This will enhance independent thinking, research capabilities, and inspire learners to possess practical problem-solving abilities. Moreover, fostering the ability to think critically as leaders is emphasized. The goal is to cultivate individuals for our nation and society who possess distinctive qualities such as an international perspective, capabilities in international business management, research skills as international scholars, and international literacy. These individuals are envisioned to be excellent managers in international business as well as meeting the academic needs for international outstanding scholars and university professors.

  國際企業管理研究所成立之宗旨,因應世界國際企業發展之趨勢,配合國家經濟發展政策,企業國際化發展,提高產業國際競爭力,無論是引進外來投資或對外投 資,國家都迫切需求國際企業管理人才,本所為此培育能為我國企業「規劃企業國際化經營策略,整合國際經營資源,提高國際異文化管理績效,拓展國際市場等」 之國際企業高階管理人才以及國際學者,提昇學術研究,加強國際學術交流,提高國際學術地位。依此宗旨,本所教育目標為培育「國際企業所需具有國際視野、國 際經營能力、卓越領導能力、企業道德、產業道德理念之卓越管理人才以及國際優秀學者、大學專業師資」。

The purpose of establishing the International Business Management Institute is to respond to the global trends in the development of international businesses, align with the national economic development policies, and facilitate the internationalization of enterprises to enhance industrial international competitiveness. Whether attracting foreign investment or engaging in outward investments, there is an urgent need for talents in international business management. The institute aims to nurture high-level management professionals for our country's enterprises who can plan international business operation strategies, integrate international operational resources, enhance cross-cultural management performance, and expand international markets. Additionally, it seeks to cultivate international scholars to elevate academic research, strengthen international academic exchanges, and enhance the institute's global academic standing. In line with this mission, the educational objectives of the institute are to cultivate excellent management professionals for international businesses with an international perspective, international operational capabilities, outstanding leadership skills, and a commitment to corporate and industry ethics, as well as to produce international outstanding scholars and university-level professional instructors.
