所長的話

國企所碩博士班自1992年創辦以來，自本所畢業之校友，在各行各業之工作崗位上，均是管理領域菁英及業者所賞識的人才。本所歷年來所秉持的教學目標，莫不在以培育具有國際觀之管理人才為己任，因此強調的訓練有三大方向。

1.國際環境知識之傳授及外語能力之訓練，以期同學們能具備寬廣的國際胸襟。

2.各個管理功能領域知識及技巧之強化；此係透過系、所課程之整合及各領域（行銷管理、人力資源管理、財務管理、資訊管理、生產與作業管理）系統化知識之建立，以使同學能各自擁有符合興趣之專業領域的專業知能。

3.就業技巧、態度、特質及心理狀況之調適與培訓，以期同學們除了具有國際觀及專門知識外，更能具備從業時所需的智慧，以在職業生涯上能有順利之進展。

此外在師資方面，本所歷年來均積極尋找、延請知名教師來所任教：因此，目前所上的師資均是國際企業管理各領域上之權威，而亦為本所之重要特色。最後，歡迎有志成為國際企業管理專業人才之同學加入本所行列，一起為開創管理生涯而努力。

The Words of the Director of the Programs

Since its establishment in 1992, the Master's and doctoral Programs have produced alumni who have excelled in various industries and are highly regarded by management elites and professionals. Over the years, the program has upheld its educational objectives, which revolve around cultivating management talents with an international perspective. Therefore, it emphasizes training in three major directions.

1. The programs focus on imparting knowledge of international environments and providing training in foreign language skills, aiming to equip students with a broad international perspective and an open mind.
2. The programs emphasize the strengthening of knowledge and skills in various management functional areas. This is achieved through the integration of courses offered by the department and program, as well as the establishment of systematic knowledge in various fields such as marketing management, human resources management, financial management, information management, and production and operations management. The aim is to enable students to possess professional expertise in their respective areas of interest.
3. The programs also focus on training students in employment skills, attitudes, qualities, and psychological adjustment. The goal is to ensure that students not only possess an international perspective and specialized knowledge but also possess the wisdom required for their professional careers, enabling them to make smooth progress in their occupational endeavors.

In terms of faculty, the programs have actively sought and recruited renowned teachers throughout the years. As a result, the current faculty members are authorities in various fields of international business management, which is an important characteristic of the programs. Lastly, we welcome students who aspire to become professionals in international business management to join our programs and strive together towards a successful management career.
